Egrets fly pass Sarawak State Library ( Pustaka Negeri Sarawak)

I was thrilled to capture this shot of the Sarawak State Library mainly because I was in time to click a small flock of Chinese white egrets flying past (zoom in to the center). The building is beautiful but the contents sadly cannot match its bigness and appeal. I am a member of the State Library but I find that the selection of books are not often updated. Is this a problem of procurement? Secondly in this age of the internet they should seriously think of making local materials of all subjects in electronic form such that people from the rural areas of Sarawak can access them and probably the whole world. Or is this another problem of money and no expertise in transferring data from hard copy to digital or may be there is no such planning?
Another LS View of the Library ( back part) from the man made lake.
